About Graphic Design is a lecture given in 2012 to the Bruno Cassinari Art School of Piacenza, Italy, on request of Professor Antonio Romano.
The lecture was prepared for young students of 18 years old who were approaching advanced studies in graphic design and required orientational information to make a choice about their future educational path.
Therefore, the purpose of the lecture was to provide better understanding of the graphic design profession, illustrating the work of the graphic designer, the meaning of design, the various educational paths, and the different fields in the profession by showing examples of both contemporary and historical works.
The lecture was widely apprecciated by both students and teachers of the art school.
